Okay

I just put a whole lot of pictures on this blog. They are from our recent excursion to Stony Plain and back again. We had a great holiday. Much of the reason for the greatness of our holiday was our chance to see a lot of people we care a lot about. Like Grandma and Grandpa Ashton and Uncle Andrew and Aunty Cara. Even more special, we met Elliot and Simon's only cousins Amelia and Katie for the first time ever. They sure are a wonderful pair.
And then five of our favourite people in the whole entire universe let us impose on them for two nights. The Crums fed us well, pampered us completely and we were able to have lots of fun in beautiful Vernon with them.
Now we are back, and fully immersed in LifeAsWeKnowIt which isn't half bad either. We love our neighbours, our home and sometimes our cat (when she isn't marking territory in our house :) ).
Elliot is learning lots fast, will not stop talking and has decided that "My Gosh" is, like, totally the coolest thing to say.
Simon would like to start walking, but being only eight months old he finds himself confined to climbing tables, stairs and people.
The summer sped by, and fall is upon us. Hope to be able to update this blog more often for the two or three of you who never gave up on us.
