Any reader of this humble blog will find it anti-surprising that this month's Bloggo Award will be going to un-boring blogger Il Milione. He seems to have found a computer and a little bit of time. His muse? That mysterious stranger named China who will one day rule the world (like, perhaps tomorrow or maybe yesterday).
